Categoies of personally identifiable information collected by PETucate includes: name, email address, mailing address, street address, phone number and date of birth. The personally identifiable information requested by us is necessary to implement library card services and send electronic reminders. Library card signup forms are submitted securely using the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). Please review our Library Card page for card use and privacy information.
 
Additionally, the Web server godaddy.com collects temporary information that is collected to monitor your navigation of our Web pages. We may use browser-IP-address information and anonymous-browser history to report information about site accesses and for profiling purposes. This information is generally used to improve Web presentation and utilization.
